Asset Management

Partner Capital is regulated by the FSA to manage, operate and administer Private Equity investments and funds. We have two asset management activities.

• Fund and investment product creation. We identify excellent investment models and outstanding investment management teams. In return for a stake in the business we provide the investment management vehicle, all necessary regulatory supervision, we assist in the design of the offering and in marketing it to our investor network. The current focus is a new, foreign-exchange focused fund, CCFX, targeting Elective Professional and institutional investors and a monthly return in excess of 5%., which it has achieved over the last year. The lead partner is Corvin Codirla.
• Principal Investment. We invest our own funds and those of a network of high net worth investors, case-by-case, in sub £5mm equity investments in development stage companies. Proceeds are fully distributed on exit. We are sector agnostic. The key criteria are that the company has outstanding management, developed product, signs up to a target exit in three years or less and that we clearly see within our own skill set and network of leading business and finance sector contacts the ability to take the company to a 3x valuation, cash-on-cash. We have invested to date in nine companies and exited three, delivering well in excess of this return target. Investments have included medical devices, advanced composites, mobile data platforms, sensors and nanotechnology. The lead partner is Patrick Stephensen.
