Hakan Winter

Hakan has more than 20 years experience in investment banking, in particular international mergers & acquisitions but also equity and debt capital markets.  He has worked in senior positions for Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Lehman Brothers and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was responsible for the Nordic investment banking business.

Since 2002, Hakan has been working as a private advisor and boutique banker to companies and family offices around the world in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, natural resources and others.  During the last eight years he has lead and executed mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings in New Zealand, South East Asia, Africa, across Europe and in the Americas.

Hakan has an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, and a B.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics.
